A complete hybrid solar photovoltaic (PV) power generation system mainly consists of a power generation unit, a conversion unit, an energy storage unit (optional), a control unit, and supporting auxiliary materials. Each component functions collaboratively to ensure stable system operation.

KEY FEATURES
During the day when there is ample sunlight:
Photovoltaic modules generate electricity → prioritize supplying local loads (such as factory equipment and mining camps) → excess energy is charged into the energy storage battery via the PCS → if the energy storage is fully charged, the remaining energy is fed into the grid (enjoying surplus electricity grid connection benefits);
At night/on cloudy/rainy days with insufficient sunlight:
The energy storage battery discharges through the PCS to supply local loads → if the energy storage is insufficient, the grid automatically replenishes the power to avoid power outages;
During peak and off-peak electricity price periods:
During off-peak periods (low electricity prices), electricity is purchased from the grid to charge the energy storage → during peak periods (high electricity prices), the energy storage discharges to supply the loads, reducing grid purchase costs (peak-valley arbitrage);
During grid failures:
The system automatically switches to "off-grid mode," powered by the energy storage and surplus photovoltaic power, ensuring the continuous operation of critical loads (such as mining communication equipment and core equipment in factory production lines).
